Preparya respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when it may be shared, how customer images are handled, and the choices available to you when using Preparya.

By using Preparya, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The information Preparya processes depends on how you use the service.

Account Information

When you create or use an account, we may process information such as:

• your name;
• email address;
• account identifiers;
• authentication information;
• subscription and plan status.

Images and Project Data

When you use Preparya's image-processing tools, we process the images you provide and the resulting files necessary to perform the requested operation and maintain your projects.

This may include:

• original uploaded images;
• processed image outputs;
• project information;
• file and processing metadata necessary to operate the service.

Billing and Subscription Information

When you purchase a paid plan, payments are handled through a third-party payment provider.

Preparya may receive and retain information necessary to manage your subscription and account, such as:

• subscription status;
• plan information;
• transaction or payment identifiers;
• billing status;
• renewal and cancellation information.

Payment providers process payment information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Technical and Operational Information

Preparya may process technical information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service, such as request information, timestamps, device or browser information, IP addresses, security events, and application logs where generated by our systems.

We use this information for service operation, security, fraud and abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and maintaining the reliability of Preparya.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal and operational information only where reasonably necessary to:

• create, authenticate, and maintain user accounts;
• provide the image-processing services requested by users;
• store and deliver projects and processed outputs;
• manage subscriptions, billing status, cancellations, and refunds;
• provide customer support;
• maintain the security and integrity of Preparya;
• detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, circumvention of service limits, or unauthorized access;
• diagnose technical problems and maintain service reliability;
• communicate important account, billing, security, policy, or service-related information;
• comply with applicable legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.

Preparya does not use the contents of customer images to improve the product, profile users, create advertising profiles, or train AI models.

3. Customer Images

Customer images are processed for the purpose of providing the image-processing functionality requested by the user.

Depending on the feature and device capabilities, processing may occur within your browser, on Preparya-controlled infrastructure, or through a Preparya-controlled server-side processing path.

Under the current processing architecture, Preparya does not send customer image contents or processed outputs to external image-processing APIs or third-party AI providers.

Preparya does not use customer images or derived visual data to train AI models or create training datasets.

Some browser-based functionality may download technical resources, such as processing components or model files, from external services. Customer images are not sent to those services as part of that processing path.

Preparya does not routinely inspect customer images as part of normal service operations.

Limited review may occur where necessary to investigate reported content, suspected violations of our Terms of Use, fraud, abuse, security incidents, or content identified for review by applicable safety or abuse-detection mechanisms.

4. Ownership and Responsibility for Images

Preparya does not claim ownership of customer images merely because they are uploaded or processed through the service.

Users remain responsible for the images and other content they submit to Preparya, including any rights, permissions, or authorizations required to use or process that content.

Our handling of images under this Privacy Policy does not transfer ownership of those images to Preparya.

5. Sharing of Personal Information

Preparya does not sell your personal information.

We may disclose limited personal information to service providers where reasonably necessary to operate Preparya, such as providers supporting:

• payment processing;
• authentication;
• infrastructure or hosting;
• email or essential service communications;
• security or other operational functions.

These providers may process information only in connection with the services they provide, subject to their applicable terms, privacy obligations, and our arrangements with them where applicable.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to:

• comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or valid governmental request;
• protect the rights, security, and integrity of Preparya or its users;
• investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our Terms;
• establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Under the current image-processing architecture, customer image contents are not shared with third-party image-processing or AI providers.

6. Google and Third-Party Authentication

If you choose to sign in using a third-party authentication provider such as Google, that provider may provide Preparya with information necessary to authenticate your account, such as your name, email address, account identifier, or other profile information authorized through the authentication process.

Preparya does not receive your Google password through this process.

Your use of a third-party authentication service is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.

7. Payments

Payments for paid Preparya subscriptions are processed by a third-party payment provider.

Preparya receives the subscription and transaction information necessary to activate and manage your paid plan, process account status changes, and handle billing-related support.

Payment information handled directly by the payment provider is subject to that provider's privacy policy and security practices.

Preparya does not sell payment or subscription information.

8. Cookies and Local Storage

Preparya may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies that are necessary or useful for functions such as:

• authentication and maintaining your session;
• security;
• remembering service or interface preferences;
• supporting essential application functionality.

Disabling necessary cookies or browser storage may prevent some parts of Preparya from functioning correctly.

Preparya does not currently use customer image contents for advertising or behavioral profiling.

We do not currently use advertising or retargeting trackers as part of the service. If this changes in a way that materially affects how personal information is collected or used, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly and any legally required choices or notices will be provided.

9. Data Retention

Preparya retains different categories of information for different periods depending on their purpose.

Images and Projects

Preparya does not guarantee storage or availability of project images and files for more than 30 days.

Files and projects may remain available beyond 30 days, but Preparya may delete them at any time after that period.

Temporary files may have shorter retention periods. For example, temporary uploads and generated download archives may be automatically removed as part of normal system cleanup.

Preparya is not intended to serve as permanent file storage or backup. You should retain your own copies of important original images and outputs.

Account and Operational Data

Account and operational information may be retained while your account remains active and for as long afterward as reasonably necessary for legitimate operational, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, accounting, or legal purposes.

When an account is deleted, Preparya may remove associated account records, projects, and stored files, subject to information we must or reasonably need to retain for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

10. Deleting Your Account and Data

You may request deletion of your account and associated data through the account functionality made available by Preparya or through our published support channel.

When an account deletion is completed, associated projects, stored image files, and account records may be permanently removed.

Certain limited records may be retained where necessary to comply with legal or accounting obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain necessary transaction records.

Deletion from Preparya does not control copies of information independently retained by third-party providers under their own legal obligations or privacy policies.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to you, you may have rights regarding your personal information.

These may include the right to:

• request access to personal information we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate personal information;
• request deletion of eligible personal information;
• request a copy of certain personal information;
• object to or restrict certain processing where applicable;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Some rights may be subject to legal exceptions or verification requirements.

Preparya may need to verify your identity before completing certain privacy requests in order to protect your account and information.

You may exercise applicable rights through our published support channel.

12. Communications

Preparya may send communications necessary to operate your account and the service, including messages relating to:

• account activity;
• security;
• subscriptions and billing;
• service changes;
• Terms or Privacy Policy changes;
• important operational notices.

These service-related communications may be necessary to maintain your account and are separate from marketing communications.

Preparya may send marketing emails, product announcements, or promotional communications where you have chosen to receive them or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Where applicable, marketing communications will provide a way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent essential account, security, billing, or service communications.

13. Security

Preparya uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information and customer files.

Customer project files are stored using private, access-controlled storage rather than being made publicly accessible by default.

Access to user projects and files is subject to application authorization controls.

However, no online service, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are also responsible for protecting your account credentials and maintaining appropriate copies of important files.

14. Children

Preparya is not intended for children.

You may use Preparya only if you are at least 18 years old, or otherwise have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from someone who is not eligible to use Preparya, we may take appropriate steps to delete the information and close the associated account.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Preparya, our technical infrastructure, or applicable requirements evolve.

Minor, administrative, or clarifying changes may take effect when the updated policy is published.

If we make a material change to how we collect, use, or share personal information, we will provide reasonable notice through email, the service, or another appropriate method where required or reasonably practicable.

The date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when it was last updated.
